"The brief really was non-combustible, but they also wanted to build back more sustainably, a house that used less energy."

“Time for a quick update on progress at the hemphouse, as we approach the cooler months it’s reminding us how wonderful a well insulated and efficiently heated house is to live in! Paving and landscaping work is progressing steadily under the steady hand and expert eye of Hearnsy (if you need any help with brickwork/paving or landscaping in the mid mountains it’s worth joining the queue for his help!), the heritage bricks have been transformed by the gurney and look too good to put anything on now!” – May 4th 2022
